Colorful Expressions in Art

Teresa Whitaker is a passionate artist dedicated to creating captivating works of art.  Her work celebrates the beauty, power and spirit of the horse.  Her first sculpture was created in 2012 after studying with renowned artist Veryl Goodnight and then again with David Lemon in 2016.  Her recent works have been recognized in juried exhibitions.  The first show was in 2025 where an honorable mention and a Juror's Choice was earned.  She also entered her second contest and won 2 honorable mentions.  Teresa seeks to evoke the grace, emotion and unspoken parternship that defines the bond between horse and human.
